A. At Yosepha Designs we
make sure that we have satisfied customers. Payment in full is
required before merchandise can be shipped. A 30 days or
unless otherwise specified inspection period is granted.
Returns within the specified day inspection period can be
returned for full credit in the same manner it was payed
for. Remember, all merchandise must be returned
undamaged. If an item that you request
requires more than a 30 day or specified inspection period, if
possible special circumstances and arrangements can be made, but it
must be done prior to the 30 days or unless otherwise
specified inspection period of the item you

WHAT
IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT I HAVE
PURCHASED?

A. If you have purchased an
item that you want to return you may do so within 30 days
or unless otherwise specified of receipt of the item. You must
contact us within this time period to advise us of your return, and
the item must be received by the specified day after the
purchase. All shipments must be sent insured for the total
value with a Next Day Air Service through USPS, UPS,
FedEx, DHL or other overnight carrier, where the package is signed
for upon receipt and delivery.
Items returned MUST be in the same new condition as they were when
they were delivered to you. We will NOT accept damaged items.
A refund will be issued within 3 days after we receive your
return. If you paid by credit card, the charge will be credited
back onto the card. If you paid by check or wire transfer a company
check will be issued to the name on the account from which the
purchase was made from.
Please note that special orders are not returnable. A special
order / custom order is when we utlilize the gem stone purchases
through us to create a unique design just for you. The special

What
does "Sale Pending" mean? |
A. "Sale Pending" means
that the item is not in our office available for immediate
delivery. It is out on a preview with another client. The item may
not sell and could be returned within a short period of time.
You can still select to "Purchase" and go through the steps of
buying the item, but it will not ship immediately, and may not
actually be returned to complete a sale with you. If this is the
case then we will contact you to let you know that the transaction
has been voided.
If you are extremely interested in purchasing an item that has an
"Sale Pending" status you should go through the "Purchase" process
online, this way you will have the top priority of receiving the
item if it becomes available.
You can also choose to click on "Inquire" and request that when the
item becomes available you be contacted. You are welcome to
call us to get the details on the status of any of our

What does "In Stock" mean? |
A. "In Stock" means that the item is
available for immediate sale and delivery. If you would like to
purchase an item go to Online Store and proceed to
check out. Your item will be sent Fedex next day
delivery.

does this work? |
A. Create a
piece of jewelry you can call your own. Sited are the
various examples of what we can make with our loose gemstones. Our
loose gemstones is how we began in the business and then branched
out to a finished line of jewelry. We try to focus our buying into
the gems that we offer for sale. We always try to have a large
selection of our loose gemstone stock. We can at any
time make mountings for our gemstones. We try to
keep our focus on having the greatest selection of loose gems.
When neccesary we can create a piece of jewelry to suit the
client. In order for our
customers to have ideas, examples and costs of making a finished
piece of jewelry, we have created a large database of the jewelry
that we have created with our loose gems over the years. You
can easily view many types of jewelry designs that can be made
from any of the loose stones that you admire. All custom work will

CAN
I REALLY TRUST WHAT I SEE ONLINE FOR SALE AS ACCURATE AND FAIRLY
REPRESENTED? |
A. It is
completely understandable to be concerned with the accuracy of
color and clarity of the items that we show online. Of course we
want what you see online to be the same when you see it in person.
An issue can occur that we have no control over, and that is your
monitor color and brightness settings. Each monitor has different
settings, and there is no uniform standard in brightness or color
tone in monitor settings. We use very high quality monitors in our
office and we make sure that when we photograph any of our items
that they match in person with what is seen on our monitor screens.
We actually have many different types of monitors in our office and
we compare pictures on all of them before we release pictures of an
item online. We try to make sure that the color and brightness
intensity are all similar within the monitors that we use.
Not all monitors are created equal! This is important to remember
when viewing any item.
We never try to misrepresent any of our items. Our liberal return
policy gives more than adequate time for you to preview and enjoy
your purchase with a reasonable amount of time to return it if you
like. If you are concerned with something you see maybe being a
slight tone of color different in person, you should not worry
about being able to return it if you are not satisfied in any
way.
Keep in mind that the selection and prices that we offer are

SHIPPING, INSURANCE and

have been mounted, scratched, polished, chipped, fractured, weigh
differently or have been altered in any way whatsoever. We strongly
recommend that you do not mount your gemstone until you fully
intend to purchase it.
Please do not write any words on the package shipping label that in
any way allude to the contents of the package such as gems or
jewelry, in order to deter potential theft of an item while in
transit. Follow the exact details on how to return items as
detailed on the return shipping instructions form that came with
your Sale Receipt or delivery.
NO Insurance coverage OR value is to
be declared on returned items if the value is less than $5,000. If

Federal Express
shipments are sent NEXT DAY AIR, SIGNATURE REQUIRED for all
orders to confirmed addresses ONLY, no exceptions. We will not
send anything to a non-confirmed address. All client details
must match with credit card authorizations. Shipments placed on
Friday will have an optional delivery for Saturday or the following
Monday.
High Value Shipping (over $50,000) is sent by armored delivery at
prices subject to the armored carriers fees and availability of
your location. Schedules for armored delivery vary with location,
please contact us to discuss shipping by armored carrier.
You can expect that once an item is shipped, it will arrive at its
destination before 12:00 pm noon the next day except for Alaska
& Hawaii which typically arrive within 2 days. All deliveries
are made to street addresses only. P.O. Boxes are not accepted as
